We started with 2 dusty Class C's and a dream to keep Burners safe, cool and creative. Today burningthemanrvrentals.us runs the largest independent Burning Man-only RV fleet in Nevada — maintained year-round, deep-cleaned, MOOP-proofed and blessed by the dust.

We're not a generic RV lot. We only do Burning Man. That means every rig is prepped for 100°F days, whiteout dust storms, and 7 days off-grid: sealed vents, extra air filters, dual batteries, 400W solar, quiet inverter generators, full shade structures and outdoor showers.

Our base is 12 minutes from Reno Airport with free shuttle, hot showers, last-minute Costco runs and a full orientation: how to run your AC without killing the genny, how to conserve 40 gallons for a week, how to leave no trace.

1. Book + camp placement

Tell us your camp, arrival day and crew size. We match you to the right rig and hold it with $500 deposit. Theme camps get multi-rig discounts and placed delivery.

2. Reno orientation & load-up

Free airport shuttle, 45-min Burner bootcamp, Costco + ice run, test everything. Drive yourself or let us deliver to Black Rock gate / your camp coordinates.

3. Live the Burn, we got your back

24/7 playa mechanics, mid-week water & pump service, generator rescue, spare filters delivered by our dust-bikes. Sleep in AC, dance till sunrise.

4. Exodus without tears

Drop at our BRC lot or drive back to Reno. We dump, deep-clean and dust-wash. No cleaning panic, no dump lines. Hot shower + airport drop included.

All packages are 8 days (Sat–Mon). Includes 800 generator miles, full tanks, insurance, cleaning, dump, 24/7 support. $1,500 refundable playa deposit. Early-bird −12% until March 1.
